Participating in weekly calls and ride-alongs with Anheuser-Busch and local distributor sales teams to discuss upcoming events, key account scheduling, and to meet key on-premise and off-premise account contacts.
Approving and submitting recaps for all executed events, compiling trend feedback, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Confirming the sampling event calendar in advance and ensuring brand ambassador support for each event.
Reviewing all credit card transaction histories against budget, actual recap spend, and for fraud exposure.
Managing payroll, completing timesheets, submitting weekly payroll, and approving expense reports.
Effectively utilizing trade activation budget, aiming for 100 on-premise samplings and 200 off-premise samplings per month.
Providing ongoing ambassador training on new products and fostering awareness of local and national marketing campaigns.
